They say everything old is new again.
When it comes to these wide bell bottoms that is the absolute truth because I swear I love them like I’ve never seen anything like them before. In fact, I love them so much I bought them in black too. Haa. Always a good rule to stick to. If you love it, get it! Then, get it in black. 🙂
Guess that’s why I got the sweater & the bodysuit in both colors too…
Alright, so this might be hinting at some shopaholic tendencies. S u r e.
But at least now we know I only practice what I preach. 😉
|Faux Fur Coat & Cargo Pants: H&M | Crop Top: Forever 21 | Shoes: LuLu’s |
I bought this faux fur a couple years back when I was in NYC for Teen Vogue’s Fashion University. It was at the kick off event for the weekend held downtown at H&M. There were “mock”tails, a live band, fashion editors, bloggers…it was DOPE. I was 19, maybe 20, at the time.
I hardly wear it but whenever I find myself lingering towards the back end of my closet, I’ll see it…& it makes me think of that weekend. The people I met, being inside the Condé Nast building, meeting the editors, walking around NYC…it was a fun weekend. 🙂

When I first laid eyes on this cardi it was love at first sight.
Not only was this a beaut, it was (more importantly) looking like a 10/10 on my coziness scale. 😉
I really love the preppy vibe the rugby stripes give the sweater, mixed with these grungy, cut-out heels–all black, of course.
Now that I’m thinking about it, there’s a lot under-appreciated black items in my closet…
I might have to do an all black series.
Stay t u n e d…
Nothing says the holidays like velvet.
Every girl has that one dress in her closet that makes her feel damn good. It’ll fit like a glove, hit all the right curves, and make you feel like a million bucks. This here is mine!
I always joke & say it how it makes me feel like a bond girl. 😉
Being me, I decided to toughen up the look a bit with a camo jacket. I never take my style too seriously so it’s always fun for me to mix up my girly pieces with a bit of a tomboyish flare.
